About the Friendship Walk - The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is the number one walk in the country raising awareness and funds to support inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). When you walk with us, you can also expect to dance, laugh, smile and make a new friend. It will be one big party! But the best part? You’ll be growing your local Best Buddies programs dedicated to one-to-one friendships, leadership development, integrated employment, and inclusive living opportunities for individuals with IDD. Every walk is the chance to show our communities how far we’ve come. It’s also the perfect way to celebrate the abilities and uniqueness within of us all. Join us! About the Buddy Walk - The Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT) organizes the Nashville Buddy Walk® to celebrate and support individuals with Down syndrome and their families and to promote understanding and acceptance of those with Down syndrome. Approximately 5,000 participants from Middle Tennessee are expected at this year’s Buddy Walk®, making it the largest Down syndrome awareness event in the state and our primary source of funding for our programs.

The 404 Kitchen is proud to partner with the meat lovers club and with The Brett Boyer Foundation, whose mission is to raise awareness for Congenital Heart Disease and fund research to advance treatment options.
