I’ve been training and motivating clients to be their best-self for 7+ years.
Is improving my clients' quality of life as an educator and motivator through fitness programs and nutritional guidance. I stress the long-term health benefits of improving one's strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which invariably lead to better health and longevity.
My training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It is about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. I take a whole body approach so that my clients will see and feel the personal training benefits. With motivation, dedication and education you can do it! Changing your life is a journey and I will be there to support you, motivate you and make sure you enjoy every step along the way.
Come try my Group Strength training class @540am or 840am Mon/Wed/Fri. and Mon/Wed 6pm. I combine cardio with the use dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, and your own body weight for an all day total body burn! Classes are only $15.00 drop in and your first class is always on me!
